1. Nature of Service

Clear Post Services Trading - FZCO (the "Company") provides administrative facilitation and logistics support services. We act as a third-party agent to assist clients in submitting applications for mail redirection, address changes, and regulatory registrations (such as broadcasting fees) with relevant national authorities and postal carriers.

2. Independent Status

The Company is a private entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any government body, including but not limited to Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, or ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio.

3. Service Fees

By using our services, the client acknowledges that the Company charges a service/facilitation fee. This fee covers our professional assistance, data processing, and submission management. This fee is separate from any official statutory fees required by the authorities, where applicable.

4. User Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. The Company is not liable for service delays or rejections caused by incorrect data provided by the user.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai Free Zone authorities..
